Abstract

Entrepreneurship among Generation X, known for its discipline, results-oriented mindset, and pragmatism, requires an applied learning approach. This study explores the implementation of Project-Based Learning through the Horeka Project (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) in the field of alternative culinary products for 20 students of the D IV Hotel Management Program at APTI Tangerang Selatan. The stages included business feasibility studies, product design using local ingredients, human resource and financial planning, as well as marketing strategies incorporating social media. Evaluation results from 60 respondents (50 students and 10 teachers) showed taste as the highest-rated aspect (4.6), followed by packaging (4.4) and price (4.3). The program not only enhanced technical skills but also strengthened students’ business mindset. These findings highlight the importance of project-based learning as an effective strategy to equip Generation X with relevant entrepreneurial competencies in the digital era.
